Earthseal Products:

Earthseal closed cell 1.7lb and 1.8lb are class one thermoset closed cell spray-polyurethane foams that contains the highest level of agriculturally based renewable resource content available on the market. Earthseal 1.7lb and 1.8lb are both liquid sprayed but vary in the type of blowing agent that is used. ESCC 1.7 uses 245fa HFC as the blowing agent, whereas ESCC 1.8lb is a water-blown product. Earthseal 1.7lb and 1.8lb contain the most advanced technology in polyol renewable resource spray foam systems in the world. Also, they are the only non-processed polyol systems on the market and exceed all federal procurement requirements.

Due to their rigid closed cell structures both greatly increase the structural integrity of the building by Increasing shear and racking strength by up to 300% in the wall assemblies. Another characteristic of these closed cell products is their ability to minimize dew point problems and condensation.

Earthseal .5lb is also an Earthseal product therefore known for its high level of agriculturally-based renewable resource content. Like the ESCC 1.7lb and 1.8lb ESOC .5lb uses a proprietary non-processed polyol system with the highest content of renewable resource based materials and is 100% water-blown like ESCC 1.8lb.

ESOC .5lb uses local Louisiana sugar cane as its agriculturally-based renewable resource whereas ESCC 1.7lb and 1.8lb uses a proprietary blend of natural oils.

Apex .5lb, 1.0lb and 1.2lb open cell products are all 100% water-blown polyurethane spray polyurethane insulation foams. All Apex Platinum foam products exhibit superior sound deadening qualities, are odorless and only yields non-toxic vapors after application. APOC 1.0 and 1.2lb add dimensional stability over APOC .5lb and exhibit a very high open cell R-value of 5. However, APOC .5 Platinum contains the highest flame retardant standards for construction materials.
